Water Tank Update:

​"On December 6, 2024 we went live with our new water tanks. It was a long time in the making and of critical importance for our water association that we replace our original, aging and leaking water tank. With the new system we advise all homeowners to double check their water pressure. It could vary with elevation depending on where your home is located. A good rule of thumb is 60psi to 70psi. If your pressure is higher than 70psi, we suggest you consider adding an adjustable water pressure gauge to your home. With adjustable gauges you can set the pressure where you want it to be."
